Non-Feeding denotes that the animal is not reliably feeding on its own. It may or may not have been offered food and it may or
may not have eaten on its own. Non-Feeding only denotes that it is not feeding reliably.

Feeding does not necessarily mean that it is feeding on unscented FT pink mice. It may be feeding on scented live mice, live
mice, scented FT mice, or even FT lizards, lizard parts, toads, or toad parts. If the animal is feeding on something other than
unscented FT mice any and all information will be conveyed to the customer. If the animal is feeding only on lizards/lizard parts
and the buyer does not have access to FT lizards or toads, I can either provide some, or I can hold the animal for no charge until
it is eating some type of mouse.

* denotes that I am already pre-sold out. I cannot take any more depostis for animals marked with an *.

Generally, if an order is heavily skewed female, I charge 10% extra for the extra/loan females. I do require a 25% deposit to
insure that you get what you want. Orders are filled in the order that I received the deposit. The deposit is non-refundable,
unless I do not produce enough animals to supply you with the ones you ordered. If I do not produce what you are looking for, I
will either refund your deposit, or transfer the amount to another animal.

Shipping charges would need to be paid by you (the Buyer), unless you are ordering more than $1000 in animals, then the
shipping is split 50/50, over $1500 in animals and I will pay shipping. Shipping should not be more than $70 total, if it is over $70
and the order is under $1000 then I will pay the difference over $70.

Any animal I sell as "feeding" will have feed at least twice in a row. It may have been on FT or on live, but will most likely have
been on live. I stole this from a friend and generally agree:

"If you receive a snake from us and are having trouble getting it to eat, we must be notified within 2 weeks of receipt of the
animal before you take any exceptional actions under your own cognizance. Normally, we will tell you to allow the snake to
acclimate for another week before doing anything (since it has had numerous meals before we shipped it) and ask very specific
questions about your husbandry techniques. Failure to contact us within the allotted time frame or to provide complete answers
(and proof if required) to our questions invalidates all warranties."

Basically, if you are following recommended care requirements and they do not eat, then I will either replace or refund the
animals.
