My purpose is simple: to provide you, the consumer with the best quality meal that your money
can buy.


South Texas Catering is a small home-based catering company that I have created in order to
share one of my many passions with the people around me. I can cater most any birthday
party, wedding, shower, business meeting or other event you can think of. I can even just come
over and cook for you if you so wish. My speciality is BBQ, I BBQ brisket and pulled pork that
has been described by some as "inspirational" and "life changing." With my BBQ I will serve
some of the best South Texas style charro beans you have ever tasted. I grill an excellent
rib-eye, one that will melt in your mouth and will very likely never be beaten. I also offer a
variety of cobbler desserts that are cooked in authentic cast iron Dutch ovens. Prices for BBQ
brisket, BBQ pork, and cobblers are located here. Prices for other entrees, such as steaks,
BBQ ribs, fried fish, fried shrimp, fried oysters, boiled shrimp, boiled crawfish, and breakfast
can be negotiated as some are based on availability and market price, email for availability and
